How to connect VPN from your mobile phone to Personal Computer through Hotspot, Bluetooth & USB Tethering etc and SURF FREE INTERNET. 

Follow Steps Here

1- Download valid VPN Software App in your Android mobile phone.

2- Make Sure VPN is stablishing internet and is working in your mobile

3- Download EveryProxy application in your android phone

4- Launch EveryProxy application go to Settings to set IP Address one either HTTP/SOCKS/PAC.

5- In settings you can choose first which is HTTP Proxy and select one IP Address from IP list is like 10.10.0.1 and Com Port is always Port: 8080.

6- After finishing with your Phone Settings EveryProxy turn on Hotspot of your mobile and connect pc to hotspot wifi.

7- Go to your Personal Computer and connect your PC to hotspot and go to PC Settings and search Proxy and click Proxy Settings.

8- In Proxy Setting click Edit in Use a Proxy Server and add thesame IP Address and Port as in EveryProxy and Save settings, you will do this every time you change IP Address in EveryProxy of your Android Phone.
